A lovely phonics based website
- Children could write their own letter describing why Cornwall is so special.
- We have been learning about Banjul in 'The Gambia' and comparing it to our lovely village South Petherwin. Children could create their own comparison sheet, looking at landscape, buildings, school(s) and the people.
Mrs Biddle has included some 'Science' learning activities.
BBC Bitesize Science has some lovely little clips to explain things we are currently learning in Science. Look specifically at 'Animals' and 'Habitats and the Environment'. As it is now Spring the children could also look at 'Plants' and try growing something at home and keeping a diary, making sketches and noting their observations every few days.
Here are some 'I moves' resources that will support keeping active at home.
